3rd Year: IOA Accountant

This design brief called for a the renovation of the Cork Distillery Building into a high end global accounting firm, IOA Architects. My concept for this design derived from the building surrounding urban environment. This building, although located within the heart of the city, is nestled away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by trees on the banks of the River Lee. My design centred around the meandering of the neighbouring river and the rusting materials of the buildings structure.
